Kathleen lists, sells, and negotiates for the seller as well as oversees all office transactions.  With 28 years in real estate and 13 years of selling residential properties in the midtown area, she knows the neighborhoods and the market.  She is actively involved in the renewal of Kansas City’s urban communities through neighborhood and non-profit organizations.

When Kathleen is not helping people “make their move,” her time is spent on the Mayor’s RAMP Board, working on the revitalization of midtown through TIF funding.  She is still enjoying working with the Kansas City Neighborhood Alliance on strategic neighborhood upgrading and affordable housing.  On her off time, she’s committed to getting in shape in 2007 with Ballet, Jazz and Tap Classes at City in Motion Dance Studio and visiting her kids and 8 year old grandson.
